Title: “Unity in the community”

Goal: The students should be able to understand the application of division in their daily lives.

Covered Competency:

Apply division of whole numbers including money in mathematical problems and real-life situations.

You are a chairman in your barangay that received a donation of Php 9, 000, 8,000 kilograms of rice, php5,000 worth of clothes, and 4, 000 equipment allocated equally to the 2 barangays affected by the typhoon Vinta.

The students will have to:

Create a budget plan to allocate the resources equally to 2 barangays in terms of the donation money that you received the rice, clothes and surviving equipment in terms of disaster.
