Human Major Organs
Title: “Make your community, healthy!”
Goal: The students demonstrate understanding on how to keep our major internal organs such as the brain, heart, lungs, liver, stomach, intestines, kidneys, bones, and muscles healthy
Covered Competencies:

Describe the functions of the major organs of the body to make the body healthy.

Disseminate information to the community about the importance of taking good care of our body.

Create different activities in the community that will promote healthy living.
Task: You are a group of interns in a community hospital. Propose a program that will promote general health care.
The students will have to:

design a tarpaulin that will promote
a. include the objectives of the program in the barangay;
b. the doctors that will be invited (state their specialization)
*at least one doctor for each major organs; and
c. the different activities in the programs that will help the community
(Seminar, training, zumba, free general check-up, free medicines, etc.)
2. make a brochure that will discuss the different ways on how to keep your BODY HEALTHY and its importance
