You are an event organizer. One day, a friend asks your help to organize the birthday party of her 1-year old child. She says that they are expecting 125 adult guests and 132 children. You realize that this is a big birthday celebration! She gives you 2 weeks to organize the party. As a remarkable birthday planner, you quickly list down the dishes that you plan to order along with their prices. What are the foods you will consider putting into the menu and how much will it cost? Remember, as a birthday planner you need to separately write down the specific dishes and their prices and multiply it by the number of guests you are expecting. Also take note, not all dishes are good for the children, so you need to separate their foods from the adults. Put your computations in a portfolio and present it in class as you are presenting it to your client friend!
