Water in the Environment
Title: The Young Environmentalists Reporters
Goal: The learners should be able to demonstrate understanding of the different sources of water suitable for human consumption and realize the importance of water in our daily life.
Covered Competencies:

Explain the use of water from different sources in the content of daily activities.

Mechanics:

As a part of the society, the students will be given a task to report the situation of the community particularly in Barangay Pinagsama wherein many of the people there are facing diseases such as dehydration, diarrhea and dengue.

They will find the different sources of water used in the community and will investigate the causes and effects of those diseases to the people living there by conducting an interview.

After investigating, they will collect the information that they’ve gathered and will present a short video to the class to promote awareness about the importance of water in our daily lives.

The video should be only for 3 to 5 minutes. You can group yourselves into 5 or 6 members.

The students are given 1 week to prepare the video presentation.
Task: (for the students)
